from where i'm standing, things don't seem to be improving

maybe you already noticed this. But the music industry has been doomed since the dawn of the millenium. And as image keeps trumping substance more and more, the scale keeps tipping further and further away from quality. Musicians exploiting themselves, the industry exploiting musicians, society exploiting itself. When will the end come to the downward spiral?
